Do I have to register?
Yes, your advantages are: You do not have to enter your personal data every time. These remain visible to you in your account. This makes it even faster and easier for you to place your orders. You can also reorder orders that have already been delivered without having to enter everything again. You can also create different delivery addresses in your account.
Are delivery fees charged?
Not valid for Schwechat and not for Vienna Airport.
From an order value of € 20,- delivery is free of charge. If the order is below this value, a delivery fee of € 15.00 will be charged
When will the delivery take place?
Our freshly cooked meals are always delivered in the morning between 8:00 and 12:00 to the delivery address you specify. Attention: We only deliver on working days!
Can the order be picked up at our location?
Yes, that’s possible.
When does the order deadline end?
Our order period always ends at 10:00 a.m. on the working day before the delivery date.
A meal for Monday must be ordered by 10:00 a.m. the Friday (working day) before.
How do I make a collective order?
The person in charge of your company orders the quantities of each individual dish.
The dishes will be delivered by us, the distribution is the responsibility of your company.
How can a collective order be made?
Monthly billing is reserved for companies and is determined in the course of registration.
How are our meals transported?
Our food is delivered refrigerated in biodegradable containers or boxes.
How can the packaging be disposed of?
Our packaging is environmentally friendly and can easily be disposed of in organic waste.
How long is the shelf life of our products?
Since our meals do not contain any preservatives or additives, the meals must be consumed on the day of delivery.
Do our dishes need to be cooled?
The food is delivered to your workplace refrigerated and should be further cooled on site until it is consumed.
What is the quantity of a dish?
Soup: 300 millilitres
Main course: 320 to 480 grams
Dessert: 110 to 200 grams
How should the food be heated?
You can heat our dishes on the cooker, in the oven or in the microwave.
What do I do if I am ill?
We always wish our customers the best of health. However, should you fall ill, please cancel as soon as possible.
What do I do when I go on holiday?
Make sure that you have not placed any orders during your absence.
Cancel existing orders in good time. Food can be ordered for the current week and the following week.
